My love for baking

started in my grandparents’ kitchen when I was a little girl. It was actually an excuse so that I could be in the kitchen with my grandfather. Years later it developed into me experimenting with different recipes as well as making my own. Some of my family members would call and ask me to bake various desserts around the holidays. One particular cake I remember making up was a mint chocolate chip cake for Christmas in which the cake was chocolate with mint flavoring as well as chocolate chips and the icing was homemade flavored with mint and tinted green. My mom swore she would not eat a cake with green icing now to this day she asks me to make another one. Meanwhile years later I’ve started my own business doing what I love to which is cooking.

I have had the pleasure to do cakes for Alexis Moore with Allure Marketing, Andrea Jones with Style Junkie, Brian Hall with TMalone Ent., B. Warren with Memphix Web Design, DJ Houston with K-97, Montae Nevels with Elite Entertainment. I have also enjoyed doing various events such as baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, mother and father’s day celebrations….etc. Everything I do is completely self taught as well as what I learned from my grandfather whom this business is dedicated in the memory of.
